Automatic Insole Press Machine
The machine is designed for hot-pressing and cutting all-in-one machine, feeding with chain and manipulator is adopted to realize the operation mode of molding all-in-one machine. The manipulator automatically grabs the sheet material and feeds it into the mold for hot-pressing . After hot-pressing, the machine automatically feeds the material for cutting.
Automatic Feeder Insole Press Machine
The machine is compact in design, covers a small area, the two stations are in one group for easy installation, and can be used in parallel with several machines. This machine adopts the way of continuous conveying and feeding of coil material to set the model, which reduces manpower and increases the service time of the machine (it can work continuously for 24 hours), and is suitable for mass production.
The Process of Automatic Insole Machine
Material preparation:
Raw pellets are pre-dried to eliminate moisture and fed into the machine's hopper. Advanced models use vacuum conveying systems to ensure contamination-free material transfer.
Steam expansion:
Pellets are subjected to high-pressure steam in a sealed chamber. This causes the TPU to expand 5-10 times its original volume, creating a closed-cell foam structure.
Mold compression:
The expanded foam is transferred to a precision-engineered mold cavity. Hydraulic systems apply tons of pressure to shape the insole, ensuring uniform density.
Cooling stabilization:
Cool water circulates through the mold to rapidly lower the insole's temperature, locking in the cellular structure and dimensional accuracy.
