Product Introduction
This automatic hot press and cutting machine is designed and manufactured by Zhongshan Ping Lian machinery Co., LTD., which is used for hot pressing and embossing of sheet materials. It has the characteristics of stable performance, simple operation, easy maintenance and durability.
The machine is designed for hot-pressing and cutting all-in-one machine, feeding with chain and manipulator is adopted to realize the operation mode of molding all-in-one machine. The manipulator automatically grabs the sheet material and feeds it into the mold for hot-pressing . After hot-pressing, the machine automatically feeds the material for cutting. The size of the product produced by this machine is relatively stable, also save manpower and it real automatically to reduce the moving time in manufacture , save the time of each working procedure of mobile and artificial cost, effectively reduce the cost for the customers , productivity improvement, the machine can work 24 hours continuously, suitable for mass production.
