The cutting motion is carried out by the cutter belt, the worktable is provided and the longitudinal baffle mechanism is formed.

The cutter belt cuts movement: the four belt pulley forms the knife belt system, One is driven by the motor directly, the other is driven by the adjusting wheel. The tightening of the knife belt is regulated by the screw mechanism. The high-speed vertical moving knife belt cuts the foam plastic vertically in the seam of the worktable.

Table feed and longitudinal baffle mechanism: the workbench moves forward and backward on the guide rail, and the handwheel is moved laterally through the rack and pinion mechanism.
