These carbon fabric assembly machine got 9 stations with 120T pressure or even more (3sets in a group, two hots and one cold in one machine ,3 machines in a set ), The carbon fiber assembly machine has the function of adding secondary air exchange and secondary pressurization, which can better ensure the stability of product quality , Each working station is support by a cylinder with same diameter , the rill and fall driven by one variable vane pump to ensure the pressure and speed of each work station are consistence , rising pressure is driven by two linkage of high and low hydraulic oil pump so that the rising speed and pressure are fully satisfy. Heating plate is connect in parallel into each platen it can fast to make the mould hot and cold ..
