Production Technology Of EVA Insole

The common EVA insole is formed by cold pressing, and the main production steps are as follows

1: Cut the EVA material that fits the fabric into a size suitable for the mold size of the insole

2: Put the cut EVA material into an oven at about 150-190 ℃ to bake until the EVA material becomes soft and mature.

3: Put the softened EVA material into the mold of the machine for molding. The molding die is usually hollow, with cold water to control the die temperature between 15-20 ℃.

4: EVA material shrinks and pressurizes in the mold, resulting in the change of EVA material shape and the formation of insole shape.

5: Trim or cut the pressed EVA insole. Make insoles.
